La Pedrera Casa Mila

One of Barcelona's most famous buildings, Gaudí's Casa Milà (also known as La Pedrera) holds, until June 27, "Fortuny, the magician of Venice" free exhibition.

My life's goal is art. Mariano Fortuny Madrazo, was a multitalented man who was not called 'the Little Leonardo' for nothing, to whom Proust referred as 'the magician of Venice', and whose work encompasses areas as diverse as painting, engraving, stage design, lighting technology, photography, textile design and fashion.

More info on the artist, timetables and guided tours at the Caixa Catalunya's Social Work website.
